We are hiring a Director, Client Partnership, to manage key agency accounts, consisting of domestic, national brands. Through a keen understanding of our clients’ business and traditional and non-traditional marketing, you will build critical consultative relationships with clients, becoming a trusted and valued partner. With exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, you will lead and grow the Dagger business within a client portfolio.

  • Substantial experience developing fully integrated cross-channel campaigns in a digital agency/B2B environment.
  • Experience delivering high-quality integrated campaign assets across various channels, including TV, radio, social, and digital.
  • Experience with brand-level communications and branding initiatives.
  • Proven ability to add incremental value to strategic initiatives and communicate that strategy to clients in a way that makes it easy to understand.
  • A track record of exhibiting an acute understanding of a client’s business challenges.
  • A reputation for building and maintaining long-term relationships with senior clients and making connections across a client’s organization.
  • A high energy, assertive, and proactive work style (you’re a self-starter by nature).
  • A seemingly never-ending supply of curiosity, inventiveness, imagination, decisiveness, and natural leadership.


You’re really good at:

  • Leading and managing junior members of the team and fostering their career growth through clear direction, motivation.
  • Creating and maintaining strong client relationships--improving the health of our client's business, leading and growing established pieces of business autonomously.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally on strategic direction for account and workstreams.
  • Navigating and communicating the impact of changes to scope, owning, and supporting all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the right resources are allocated on account projects through tight coordination with client delivery (project management).
  • Developing briefs, including the development of client insights that translate into digestible creative/project briefs.
  • Owning point-of-view (POV) development for the client, emphasizing digital and social marketing channel expertise.
  • Developing and managing accurate and thorough Statements of Work (SOWs) alongside our client delivery partners.
  • Communicating client business plans, feedback, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Contributing to new business pitch projects.
