To put it very plainly, we need a super talented Senior Copywriter who has a background in writing for social platforms. 

We’re looking for someone with range: very strong in the humor department, but at the same time, not "addicted" to humor. The ideal candidates will be accomplished but still very much in the reel-building phase. More than anything, we're looking for someone who loves the work, loves doing the work, selling the work, producing the work, and being highly prolific.

How can you tell if this role is right for you?

We're not looking for someone who has great ideas but can't get them on the page in the right way or a master-of-craft who never surprises us with their ideas. We're looking for the full package here.

If you have:

  • Most likely, at least 5 years experience as a copywriter consistently writing for integrated brand campaigns.
  • A history of writing polished, professional social copy with little oversight.
  • An awesome reel of work.
  • A skillset described as a blend of "conceptual big thinker" and "technically proficient practitioner."

And you’re really good at:

  • Presenting work to managers to ensure concepts and copy align strategically with the brand and brief, including messaging, voice, and tone.
  • Approaching your growth and personal development with a positive attitude – this includes your ability to receive feedback, coupled with an insatiable appetite for learning
    and improving.
  • Researching to uncover new and interesting insights that inspire creative work.
  • Working with various creative team members,  project managers, and executive leadership to develop concepts and deliver for video, social and digital, among others.
  • Developing copy that strategically supports a concept, whether that means it is emotional, educational, inspiring, entertaining, etc.
  • Accepting, understanding, and acting upon feedback and criticism--including standing behind and explaining your work to managers and account teams and working together to make the work better.
  • Meeting and communicating about project milestones and deadlines.
  • Presenting to senior clients and selling your concepts.
