In addition to being fluent in pulling, translating, and effectively communicating relevant insights, the Sr. Digital Analyst must be able to critically think and provide recommendations that enable clients to make sound and informed business decisions.
Define objectives, KPIs, and metrics based on the client’s business/ marketing goals and direction
Design visually sound dashboards and reporting templates that cater to audience and channel needs
Carefully track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
Translate data into insights and recommendations
Collaborate with project management, account management, strategy, and creative teams
Lead client-facing conversations, presentations, and meetings
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
Digital marketing agency experience required
Highly analytical with strong knowledge of performance metrics
Knowledge of and experience working within digital analytics tools across web, email, social, and media including but not limited to Google Analytics, IBM Coremetrics, Adobe Analytics (Formerly Omniture), Eloqua, MailChimp, Spredfast, Sprinklr, and native social platforms
Passionate about technology, digital media, emerging platforms, the future of marketing, networking, relationship building, and collaboration
Initiative to try new things, the humbleness to admit when wrong, and willingness to change course
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Adaptability and ability to think globally
Tuned into the latest developments and innovations in the social space
