Program Managers facilitate the delivery, and maintenance of integrated programs and projects. Our Program Managers are both leaders and integrators and work closely with internal and external teams and vendors. To be successful in this role, strong communication, organizational skills and a great attitude are prerequisite for consideration. The team environment is collaborative, entrepreneurial, deadline-driven and ambitious.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing all internal cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle for all Brand projects. This includes brand creative, social content, digital content, digital builds, and events.
Coordinating with finance, operations and legal teams on project and client needs
Communicating directly with clients around budget, timelines, process & deliverables.
Leading and scheduling necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews
Managing Scope of Work tasks, timeline, and budgets
Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues
Thinking critically and conceptually about integrated experiences
Driving teams to an extreme level of quality and performance on deadline
Experience using content management tools
Provide mentorship to junior members of the team
Managing vendor agreements and other contract documents.
Communicating to the various level in organization on resourcing, budgeting, and revenue realization
The ideal candidate has:
A bachelor’s degree or entrepreneurial street cred
5-7 years of experience of post-college experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space
Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience
Strong communication skills
A strong understanding of agency processes, including creative production, paid media and digital builds - interest in optimizing those processes is a strong plus
A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements
