Dagger is looking for a Media Supervisor to join our fast-growing, ambitious team. With a strong analytical mind, you have a thorough understanding of the digital media landscape. You will be the day-to-day media contact for your assigned client(s). You will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring media plans.

Lead developing media strategies for clients that support their overall marketing program, with a heavy lean toward digital
Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns and related documentation and budgets
Execute the buying and day-to-day management for specific clients
Create monthly paid media reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
Evaluate and select paid media vendors and services, manage relationships and support
Make recommendations for media platforms and tools to continually evolve Dagger’s capabilities
Translate strategic concepts to tactical plans
Function as a leader and expert in the field
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, a related field or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of agency experience
3-5 years of media buying experience, including social media, programmatic and traditional
Immersion in all aspects of paid media including platform capabilities, targeting opportunities, pricing formats, and bidding strategies
Fluent across the media spectrum with media strategy, planning, and buying
Experience with paid social but comfortable playing in print, display, etc.
Possess an entrepreneurial bend, recognizing Dagger is early in building a media department within Dagger
Comfortable wearing multiple hats with a go-getter attitude
Strong understanding of analytics and proven ability to optimize on the fly
Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills, including solid client-facing experience
Experience working across B2B and B2C clients
