We are looking for a highly-organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll manage day to day office activities while also helping to create a positive, fun work environment for our staff. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change as the need arises.

You are accountable for:

Office Management

  • Maintaining a level of impeccable organization and cleanliness throughout the entire office
  • Taking inventory each morning of office, restroom and kitchen items each morning and restocking when necessary
  • Creating a welcoming workspace each morning by turning on office music, TVs and projectors
  • Working with the Operations Manager and Office Coordinator to address maintenance needs
  • Fielding questions from employees and vendors as it relates to office administrative initiatives
  • Assisting employees on basic technology troubleshooting  

Assisting Employee Onboarding/Support

  • Assigning the Operations Manager with various onboarding tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing new hire paperwork, and computer/account setup
  • Preparing workspace for new employees by creating welcome boxes, coordinating desk location, setup and supplies

Meeting Coordination

  • Organizing company-wide meetings and culture-specific events by owning calendar invites, preparing conference rooms and order meals when appropriate

You have experience with:

  • Traditional office management responsibilities in previous roles
  • Multi-tasking and independently problem-solving
  • Thinking on your feet without being flustered or overwhelmed in a fast-moving environment
  • Maintaining extreme organization in your personal work and office-wide initiatives
  • Demonstrating company culture and being a positive force within the company
  • Clearly communicating with many levels of seniority in previous roles 
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day tasks and being proactive about your career growth and development
