The Project Manager is responsible for project management across their assigned accounts and ensuring that all projects are efficiently executed and delivered successfully against client expectations. This person should have a track record of delivering broadcast/video production projects on-time, on-budget, and error-free. The Project Manager supports Program Managers and Client Partnership to drive operational excellence across all accounts they’re assigned to.
You are accountable for:
Applying agency methodologies, standards and best practices across all accounts and projects
Creating and managing individual project estimates, project plans, resource plans, and risk and change management plans, utilizing appropriate tools
Partnering with the Client Partnership team to transparently communicate budget and scope concerns proactively and as they arise, internally and with clients.
Leading discussions on project plans to ensure the client understands project flow and due dates needed in order to meet end goals
Facilitating discussions in order to clarify strategic requirements and complex ideas
Clearly communicating project team assignments and expectations based on scope, project briefs, and client expectations
Ensuring quality checks are performed on all deliverables prior to client reviews
Expanding your knowledge of project management best practices and your overall business acumen
Supporting employee engagement opportunities and fostering cross-discipline relationships to better our agency’s culture, resources, talent development, and marketplace position
You are capable of:
Demonstrating your experience managing traditional, social, broadcast, OOH, radio and print deliverables. Live-action video production experience is required, broadcast and agency experience is preferred
Translating client requirements into actionable plans using the appropriate project management tools with minimal supervision
Learning new concepts quickly, easily making connections among previously unrelated ideas, and enjoying the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
Collaborating with project team members and Department Leads to create solutions to the difficult client or project-related problems
Excellent written and oral communication skills, both to clients and internally
Facilitating process management, operational improvement and production workflows across owned projects
Thinking entrepreneurially and contributing positively to Dagger’s culture
